From now on, you can also step into the Maikogelbahn in the center of Kaprun. There is a new lift connecting the Maiskogel to the Kitzsteinhorn.

In 2010 Austria’s largest Spa and Wellness Centre, called Tauern Spa, was opened on the outskirts of Kaprun. In Kaprun and nearby Zell am See are many shops, cafes and often culinary restaurants. The 3K K-onnection has connected the Kitzsteinhorn to the Maiskogel. As a result, you can step into the Maiskogelbahn in the center of Kaprun and step out on the glacier using the 3K K-connection. In addition, the Schmittenhöhe, the highest mountain of Zell am See, has a wide range of descents, which also offer a wonderful view of the lake.
